Which cistern should I choose?
When choosing a cistern, there are two main requirements:
It must have 180 mm bolt spacing (standard)
The flush volume must be 4 liters small flush and 6 liters large flush (adjusted on the cistern during installation)Some cisterns are prepared for electrical connection, e.g. Grohe rapid SLX, while others have advantages such as easy connection of flushing for bidet function, e.g. Geberit Duofix Sigma.
Often individual plumbers have preferences for installing a particular type/brand of cistern, so we recommend that you consult with your plumber on cistern selection.
DesignLiving365 does not sell cisterns
What else do I need besides a toilet bowl and cistern for an electronic shower toilet?
You will need an additional connection hose and T-piece / Y-distributor to supply water to the bidet function. The connection can be installed either in the water inlet to the cistern (see concept drawing on the product page) or in the top of the cistern where the water flows into the built-in cistern.
If you choose a Geberit cistern, they have a special connection kit for this purpose that facilitates the installation (Geberit article number 250.005.00.1).
In addition, various bushings/ball valves (possibly Ballofix).
A regular plumber has these in his range or can easily obtain them.
Do I need professionals for the installation
The installation of a toilet requires plumbers.
For the shower toilet, an electrician is also required, as power must be supplied to the toilet.

Towel dryers are available with two types of connections: electric or water connection.
Electric connection
ELDO models are designed for electricity only. Simply mount the towel dryer on the wall and plug it into the wall socket.
If space is limited, an ELDO 1 with a vertical pipe is the solution. For larger needs, there is the ELDO 4 with four vertical pipes or the ELDO 9 with nine horizontal pipes.
In the ELDO series, it is electric pipes that heat the towel dryer. This means that the heat is quickly distributed in the pipes.
Water connection
If you want to connect your heated towel rail to the central/remote heating system, we offer a wide range of models and sizes for this. The models are connected to the central/district heating with angle valves, which are available both with and without thermostats.
If without thermostat, the towel dryer will follow the central heating settings. If you want to be able to adjust the heat of the towel rail, choose an angle valve kit with thermostat.
Waterborne, but connected to electricity
If you want the benefits of a water-based heated towel rail but don't have the option of connecting it to the central heating, an electric heater can be an alternative. The heater is connected at the bottom of the towel rail and water is filled into the pipes from the top. All heaters have a thermostat and most have a timer.
A waterborne towel warmer has a long cooling time, allowing it to dry for some time after it is turned off.

Complaints are usually resolved by sending a new part or several parts.
The vast majority of solutions do not require special tools or specialist staff.
