365 Days Right to Return
At Design Living 365, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 365-day return policy, giving you ample time to ensure your purchase meets your needs and expectations. Our confidence in the quality of our products means you can shop with peace of mind.
Return Process: Simple & Seamless
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, email us at info@designliving365.com with your order details. Our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.
Preparing Your Return:
Please ensure the item is secured on the original pallet, wrapped to protect from rain, and in its undamaged packaging. Include your original order number and the items you're returning.
Before Shipment:
Upon approval of your return request via email, we'll provide you with the return address. The item(s) should be sent back in the condition you received them.
Goods Condition:
We request that you return items in their original, sellable condition, without causing damage to the packaging by taping or attaching to the pallet.
Refund Process:
Your refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving and inspecting the return. For items with multiple parts, ensure the return is complete.
Used Items and Value:
Assembled or installed items are considered used, which may affect their value. We may deduct from your refund any decrease in value due to the condition of the returned items. Returning products in their original packaging is essential.

Detailed Return Instructions:
- Email us at info@designliving365.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll review your request and provide a quote for the return shipping cost from DB Schenker or DPD.
- Safely pack the goods for return. If received on a pallet, it must be returned on a pallet.
- Inform us of the pickup location and date, and we will arrange return transport with DB Schenker or DPD, including shipping documents for the return order.
- Once the return is received, we will verify the condition of all items.
- If all items are in original packing and good condition, we will refund the full order amount, deducting only the actual transport cost invoiced by DB Schenker or DPD.
Damage Policy:
If products or packaging are damaged and not in a sellable condition, we reserve the right to adjust the refund based on our assessment of the product's condition with the damage.

14 Days of Right to withdraw from contract
Legally, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without stating a reason. This is the standard protection of consumer rights in e-commerce. Products shall be returned on the original pallet and foiled to protect against rain. Products shall be returned in undamaged packaging. Simply email us at info@designliving365.com to initiate your return.
Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@designliving365.com by means of a clear statement (via e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. You can use the attached sample cancellation form - email - example, although it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of appeal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) in order to they could return. Immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were notified of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

Risk of return
Any possible damage between you and our warehouse is at our own risk. We are responsible for filing a complaint with the shipping company that is used to ship your return order. We, as seller, bear the transport risk, if the consumer returns the goods in the event of a withdrawal. This applies regardless of the selected shipping service provider.
Replacement
Replacement are made no later than three weeks after we have received the goods in stock.
Refunds
Refunds are be made no later than fourteen days from the day we have received the cancellation notice.
Price for delivery back to our warehouse
We will review your request and provide a quote for the return shipping cost from DB Schenker or DPD.
Curbside delivery
We delivery the products to curbside. Carrying into your building, assembly, removal of packaging is not included in the price, but can potentially agreed and settled financially with the local transport provider. Please, contact the local transport company that will be delivering the product to ask for additional information and pricing for extra services they might offer.

Bath Deluxe s.r.o. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) designs, manufactures and sells bathroom furnitures, provides spare parts and operates websites www.designliving365.com en www.bathdeluxe.com („our websites“). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from our customers, suplliers, providers and users of our websites. Since we are based in the European Union, we process your Personal Information in compliance with applicable European data protection laws and other statutory provisions.
By buying any product, getting a spare part, working with us, communicating with us or using our websites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While buying our products, contacting us through customer service functions (e.g. making a complaint, asking for a spare parts), doing bussiness with us or using our websites, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Payment
Designliving365.com (Bath Deluxe s.r.o.) accepts online payments with PayPal and Stripe. Eventually, in the Czech Republic also with payment gateway Comgate. All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

No fee is charged for payment at https://www.designliving365.com and the amount is only debited to your card when the goods are sent physically, unless otherwise agreed and stated in your order. In the case of partial delivery, the entire amount is raised when the first part is sent. It should be noted that a larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Bath Deluxe, s.r.o. retains ownership of the goods sold, regardless of whether delivery has taken place, until the entire purchase price and any interest and/or fees have been paid. Bath Deluxe, s.r.o. uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Reservation of paid amount
If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until: We raise the amount when we send the item, or until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Delivery
The standard delivery time for your order is 3 to 7 working days, as long as the product is in stock and unless otherwise stated in your order. Backorders are send immediately, when the goods arrive to our stock. If you want a later delivery, you need to contact us at info@designliving365.com on the same day you place your order and agree on a later delivery day. Or you need please to state this in note in your order.
The goods are delivered by carrier and always to the curb on firm ground and at street level. Packaging and pallets are not taken back by the carrier. It is shipped with different shipping companies depending on the product type. As a starting point, delivery is free of charge to curb on firm ground and at street level. You will be notified when your order will be delivered. If you are not at home when the order is delivered, you will be asked to book a new delivery of your order. You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Warranty Details
Products come with a warranty of 2, 5, or 10 years, covering production faults under proper usage. Misuse, improper installation, or not following instructions isn't covered.
Two Claim Categories
1. Transport Claims: Report within 7 days, provide photo documentation upon delivery, and notify us at info@designliving365.com. We'll handle it with our transport company.
2. Product Claims: If a product is faulty during the warranty, we swiftly handle it. Send photo/video documentation and a clear description to info@designliving365.com, along with the order number to prove purchase date.
For electrical or technical part claims, our specialists will assist, ensuring a quick resolution.
Transport damage
Please, check your goods as soon as you receive the shipment.
If there is visible damage to the shipment, note it on the waybill when you sign for receipt.
Remember to open all cartons within 7 days.
If you find that the goods are damaged, you need to notify us immediately, preferably within 7 days of receipt or at the latest within two months, which is considered a reasonable time. Otherwise, you lose the right to complain about hidden transport damage. The damage must be proven in the form of pictures and/or films, which must be attached to your inquiry.
